London became the international capital of luxury celebrations as RSVP hosted one of the most prestigious gatherings in the wedding and events industry. The highly anticipated three-day experience unfolded through an exceptional calendar of immersive events and culminated in an extraordinary gala dinner at the iconic Rosewood London, where the official launch of The Art of Design, the new book by celebrated floral visionary Tomas De Bruyne, took centre stage. This remarkable edition was co-produced by Emma Murray Jones, Charlotte Ricard Quesada and an outstanding creative team whose dedication elevated the event to exceptional international standards.

A Three-Day Immersive Programme
The weekend opened on Friday, 10th April, with an elegant welcome reception entitled The Art of Expression: A Spot of Colour, hosted at Park Hyatt London, River Thames. Guests embraced the playful dress code A Load of Pollocks, setting the tone for a weekend where art, imagination and style blended seamlessly.
On Saturday, 11th April, the prestigious The Savoy welcomed the celebrated Table Design Exhibition with the theme The Art of Creativity. Designer members of RSVP unveiled extraordinary installations inspired by their favourite artists, while attendees were invited to come dressed as their own chosen icons of creativity.
Sunday 12th April saw The Savoy host the daytime symposium The Art of Business, an inspiring series of talks dedicated to refining leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship within the luxury events sector. The keynote speaker was internationally renowned marketing expert Rory Sutherland. Guests were encouraged to embody the vision by wearing their favourite Pantone colour.

That same evening, The Chancery Rosewood London hosted the annual RSVP Awards in a breathtaking experiential gala inspired by the surreal world of Salvador Dalí. It was during this unforgettable night that Tomas De Bruyne officially launched his new book, The Art of Design. Inspired by Dalí’s imagination, the gala welcomed more than 350 leading professionals from around the globe into a dreamlike universe of elegance, theatricality and innovation. Guests embraced the avant-garde dress code with spectacular looks worthy of an international red carpet, transforming the gala into one of the most glamorous moments of the season. At the heart of the celebration was The Art of Design, a refined and intimate journey into the creative world of Tomas De Bruyne. More than a coffee-table book, the publication reveals his philosophy of floral design as an emotional art form capable of telling stories and shaping unforgettable atmospheres. Through some of his most iconic creations, from grand weddings to immersive installations, De Bruyne shares his vision of beauty through texture, colour, scale and composition.

For the occasion, the designer also unveiled breathtaking scenographic installations created exclusively for the gala. The interiors of Rosewood London were transformed into a surreal wonderland, perfectly aligned with the Dalí-inspired concept. Adding a contemporary twist, guests were captivated by an innovative artificial intelligence video experience, further highlighting De Bruyne’s boundary-pushing approach to design and storytelling. The event was masterfully orchestrated by James Lord, founder of RSVP, who once again brought together the foremost names in the global luxury events sector. Throughout the three days, attendees enjoyed an exclusive program of panels, networking moments and conversations dedicated to emerging trends, new technologies and the future of high-end celebrations. Among the distinguished special guest speakers were Rory Sutherland, Amy Rowe, Julian Posner, who was honoured with a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, Elki Jacobs, Toni Breiss, Ricky Paul, Pervez Taufiq, Meltem Tepeler, Elif Nas Unal and Johnny Roxburgh. Their presence added extraordinary depth and inspiration to an already world-class programme.

The RSVP Awards: celebrating the best of the industry
One of the most awaited moments of the gala was the presentation of the RSVP Awards, honouring excellence across the international luxury events landscape. Among the evening’s standout honorees was Diana Da Ros, who received the title of Favourite Wedding Planner, confirming her status as one of the most influential names in the sector. For this special occasion, Diana Da Ros wore a bespoke haute couture gown by the Italian Fashion couturier Simone Marulli. Elegant and theatrical, the creation perfectly reflected the surreal spirit of the gala. Her look was completed with exquisite jewels by Chantecler Capri, adding timeless sophistication. Michael Zennaro was awarded Best Destination Wedding Photographer, while Villa Zagara Sorrento received recognition as Best Location. Tomas De Bruyne was celebrated as Best Floral Designer, while Garçons Chics won Best Musicians. The Official Halimah completed the list of headline winners, taking home the award for Best Make-up Artist and Hairstylist.
