The enchanting region of Puglia became the stage for an extraordinary celebration of wedding artistry, international collaboration, and Italian hospitality. Set against the timeless elegance of Relais Histò, one of Southern Italy’s most prestigious luxury venues, the exclusive Puglia Wedding Workshop brought together some of the finest talents in the wedding industry for an unforgettable experience dedicated to inspiration, creativity, and excellence.

The workshop was conceived and organised by internationally renowned wedding photographer Katka Koncal in collaboration with international wedding planners Diana Da Ros and Andrea Haman from Exclusive Weddings in Prague Agency. Their shared vision was to create an immersive educational and inspirational event where photographers, creatives, and wedding professionals could experience the very best of Italian destination weddings while exploring new artistic perspectives.

Nestled just outside Taranto, Relais Histò provided the perfect setting. Surrounded by centuries of history, Mediterranean landscapes, and refined architecture, the luxury property embodied the essence of authentic Italian elegance. Every corner of the venue offered breathtaking backdrops for photography, from its sophisticated interiors to its lush gardens and charming outdoor spaces.
The workshop featured a carefully curated editorial wedding concept designed to showcase the beauty of contemporary luxury weddings. Floral designers Saverio Tritto from Nini Fiori Creazioni, together with Holubica Weddings and Zanette Floral Atelier, transformed the venue into a romantic, colourful spring dream. Their floral installations blended delicate seasonal blooms, sophisticated textures, and soft colour palettes that perfectly complemented the Apulian surroundings.

Attention to detail was evident throughout every element of the design. Exquisite stationery by Atelier Kristina added a refined touch, while handcrafted, made in Puglia ceramics by Ceramiche Fasano celebrated the region’s rich artisanal heritage. Elegant lighting installations by Events Produzioni Service enhanced the atmosphere, creating a magical interplay between natural light and artistic design. The fashion component was equally impressive. Stunning bridal gowns by the Apuglian Bridal Designer Carmela Comes Sposa embodied timeless Italian sophistication, while the groom’s tailored attire by Comes Uomo 1974 reflected modern elegance and impeccable craftsmanship. Additional bridal fashion pieces by Lidiia Krejci Bridal completed the styling, offering a contemporary yet romantic aesthetic perfectly suited to destination weddings.
Bringing the vision to life were models Angie Kostyshyn, Sofia Hervertova, and Andrea Luceri, whose natural chemistry and refined presence elevated every photographic moment. Their performances allowed photographers to capture authentic emotions while showcasing the beauty and versatility of the creative concepts developed throughout the workshop.

Beauty styling was entrusted to Domenico Floriello En Beauté, whose expertise in hair and makeup ensured every look appeared effortlessly elegant both in person and through the lens. The luxurious finishing touches came from the iconic jewellery house Chantecler, whose exquisite pieces added glamour and sophistication to the editorial scenes.
Participants travelled from various countries to attend the workshop, including photographers Lucie Muse, Pauley Ina, Jana Korcek, Ludmila Esterkova, and Feyer Photography. Throughout the experience, attendees had the opportunity to learn directly from Katka Koncal while working in a highly curated environment designed to encourage creativity, networking, and professional growth.

Behind the scenes, the event was expertly documented by content creators and visual storytellers, Antony Pepe Photography and Luca Stabile Filmmaker, capturing both the educational moments and the vibrant atmosphere that characterised the entire experience.
As remarkable as the workshop itself was, the celebrations reached their peak during the spectacular Spring Party held at Relais Histò on the same evening. The event brought together participants, creatives, and industry professionals for a night that perfectly blended luxury, entertainment, gastronomy, and artistic expression.

One of the most memorable highlights of the evening was the presence of The Lord of Truffle, whose captivating live truffle experience quickly became the centre of attention. Guests were treated to an engaging show and exclusive tasting journey dedicated to one of Italy’s most prized culinary treasures. Combining storytelling, expertise, and gourmet excellence, the experience transformed a simple tasting into an unforgettable performance that delighted all the senses.
The artistic dimension of the evening was elevated by internationally acclaimed live painter Lucy Mcloughlin, The Live Painter, who travelled from London specifically for the occasion. Throughout the event, guests watched in fascination as she transformed the energy, colours, and emotions of the celebration into a unique work of art in real time. Her performance demonstrated the growing importance of experiential entertainment within luxury events, offering guests a truly immersive and memorable experience.

As the night unfolded, the atmosphere became increasingly vibrant thanks to an exceptional DJ set by the renowned Claudio De Tullio. His dynamic musical selection kept guests dancing late into the evening, creating an electrifying ambience that perfectly balanced elegance with celebration. The combination of sophisticated entertainment, outstanding cuisine, and international guests transformed the Spring Party into one of the most talked-about moments of the entire workshop.
The Puglia Wedding Workshop at Relais Histò represented far more than an educational event. It became a showcase of the extraordinary talent, creativity, and collaborative spirit that define today’s international wedding industry. By bringing together professionals from different countries and disciplines, the workshop highlighted the power of shared inspiration and the enduring appeal of Italy as one of the world’s most sought-after wedding destinations.

With its impeccable design, world-class suppliers, unforgettable entertainment, and breathtaking location, the event offered a compelling vision of what modern luxury weddings can achieve. For everyone involved, it was a celebration not only of beauty and artistry but also of the meaningful connections that continue to shape the future of destination weddings around the world.
As the last lights of the Spring Party faded into the Apulian night, what remained was something far more lasting than a single, perfect day: a shared sense of wonder, and the quiet certainty that true beauty is always born of people who choose to create it together. In the warmth of Puglia, amid its ancient stone and Mediterranean light, the workshop became a reminder that the most memorable celebrations are never simply staged, they are felt. And it is precisely this feeling, woven from artistry, passion, and genuine human connection, that Relais Histò and its extraordinary guests will carry forward, like a promise, into every story still waiting to be told.
