Runway to Runway: lights on Beverly Hills Fashion Week 2025

Beverly Hills Fashion Week (BHFW) returned for its second exciting year, with fashion shows held October 10-12, 2025. This was a significant achievement for the fashion platform as it continued to extend Beverly Hills style to the culture of international couture. This year’s theme, “Runway to Runway,” was inspired by the connection between the fashion world and Southern California’s historical role in aviation, reflecting both freedom in fashion and the global influences that tie Los Angeles to the world.

Co-founded by Tammy Barr and Edgar Saakyan, BHFW is one of California’s most exclusive fashion events, attracting top designers, stylists, buyers, celebrities, and members of the media. The three-day celebration featured red carpet evenings and runway shows at multiple Beverly Hills venues such as Villa Andalusia and Cipriani. The official opening night, October 10th, was hosted at Gravitas, a private club in the heart of Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle. The evening began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Beverly Hills Mayor Sharona Nazarian, Chamber of Commerce President Todd Johnson, BHFW CEO Tammy Barr, producer and designer Tammy Barrand media producer Edgar Saakyan. Together, they inaugurated the second edition of Beverly Hills Fashion Week.

BHFW’s goal is to create a platform that brings together the worlds of both entertainment and couture, giving designers a space where their art can combine with the luxury lifestyle of Beverly Hills. Tammy Barr was thrilled at the progress BHFW has made in the year since its 2024 debut: “It has taken a tremendous amount of hard work, but we are creating a platform for both heritage brands and up-and-coming designers that will firmly position Beverly Hills on the global fashion map,” she said.  “With each edition, we seek to expand BHFW’s reach while, at the same time, maintaining its exclusivity.”

A VIP red carpet greeted the arrival of celebrities, high-profile clients and media. Among the recognised guests were Emmy-winning actress Eve LaRue, Beverly Hills fashion icon and basketball legend James Goldstein, actresses Sofia Milos and Charis Michelsen, philanthropist Alexandrina Doheny, Romanian consul general Lucya Sava, famed photographer Valentina Socci, celebrity real estate agent Lina York, publicist JR Savet, and social media influencers Carolina Picorios and Cala the Sammy. Models dressed as flight attendants, wearing classic updated couture suits designed by Lenka Padysakova.

Also present was the Italian music artist Matilde G. “I was thrilled to be in S. California during Beverly Hills Fashion Week this year and attend as a VIP guest of CEO & Co-Founder Tammy Barr,” she explains. “The BHFW Opening Night venue is one of my favourite hotspots, Gravitas Beverly Hills. Participating international designers, beautiful models and guests made for a dazzling event.  And I was honoured to wear my favourite designer Annakiki on the red carpet as well as be introduced to new, exciting designers such as  Fashion Drug by Anahit.” Award-winning music artist Matilde G unveiled her most powerful project to date, for which she was also co-producer for the first time – Beautiful Wreckage, her first all-rock album debut at a red carpet Celebration on Saturday, October 25 at world-class recording venue, NRG Recording Studios in Los Angeles.

Throughout the three-day event, the designer lineup featured an intriguing mix of both international and California-based talent: participating designers also included Cristallini, GoldBarr, FashionDrug by Anahit and Glaudi by Johana Hernandez. BHFW always includes a charitable component in its programs, and this year’s recipient was Palisades Forever, a nonprofit organisation supporting the grass-roots efforts to recover from and rebuild the Pacific Palisades community that was devastated by the January 2025 wildfires.

The second edition of Beverly Hills Fashion Week reflected both a city and an industry united by fashion and community, and it is poised to become a must-attend event on every fashionista’s calendar for 2026.
