In a splendid epoch, under the effulgent embrace of the crescent moon, the eve of 29th September witnessed a mesmerizing spectacle at the Hotel Splendide Royal Lugano.
Adorned in resplendent gala attire, a hundred distinguished guests graced this grand gala, a soirée that stands unparalleled in its grandeur and allure: The prestigious International Art Awards Lugano.
From the charming cities of Ascona, Cannes, Como, Dubai, Geneva, Germany, Kazakhstan, Milan, Zug, Zurich and of course the beautiful Lugano, they converged in a celebration of opulence and sophistication. The 7th Edition Arts Awards Lugano unfurled its enchanted tapestry, captivating the essence of luxury that has illuminated Lugano’s nights for the past seven years. The 2023 edition was a triumph heralded from the mountain peaks, a crescendo of artistic success that resonated across Europe.
Malou Hallberg-Merz
Malou Hallberg-Merz, the esteemed President of CulturGo, beamed with pride at the resounding success of the gala, echoed and applauded by the discerning guests hailing from every corner of the continent. Amidst the ethereal embrace of Lugano, a perfect canvas was set for this extraordinary annual marvel: the CulturGo ARTS AWARDS LUGANO 2023 – “The Golden Palette”.
It stood as an inimitable event, meticulously orchestrated by CulturGo, the exclusive intercultural online platform, a sanctuary that celebrates the zenith of artistic achievement.
The journey into this realm of creativity commenced with guests walking the illustrious red carpet, leading them into the Blu Room, where apero cocktails and an artistic exposition were held in a waltz of colours and dreams. Artists, adorned with pride, displayed their awe-inspiring creations, each stroke an ode to their passion and brilliance.
Eleven extraordinary international artists were anointed with “The Golden Palette”, a confirmation of their unique skills and unmistakable artwork. A very special jury, for this edition, is composed by: Eleonora Alberti – Architect; Davide Maule – Master Goldsmith; Lina Simoneschi – Journalist; Massimo Basile – Editor Media and Mattia Sacchi – Journalist.
These eleven heralded artists, a global mosaic, graced the event with their presence: Daniela Rebuzzi, Daria Schürmann Nava, Genya Krikova, Marco Raddino, Marzhan Abildina, Antonio Murgia, Maria Pacolli, Milo Lombardo, Ludwig Grossa, Tara Sonoio, and Vik Schroeder. Their creations stood as symphonies of imagination, exhibited within the opulent expanse of the Splendide Royal Hotel in Lugano.
A rich tapestry of art, dance and music choreographed by the Eurodancers, enthralled the assembled audience. The enchanting strains of the “Quartet Roxanne” wafted through the air, adding a lustrous sheen to the evening. A resplendent and effervescent musical program crafted the perfect cadence for the night, entrancing hearts.
As the night progressed, esteemed guests revealed in the tapestry of expressive dance performances, their eyes alight with wonder, bearing witness to the extraordinary ballet and music hall performances, a celebration of art in its most magical and poignant form.
“La Cuisine”, a pure banquet of the senses… guests were serenaded by a delicate and sophisticated four-course gala dinner, impeccably harmonized with an exquisite selection of wines. The night unfolded into an exuberant after-party, guided by an international DJ, who spun the best tracks of all time, igniting the dance floor and the hearts of all in attendance.
