The heart of the historic Palazzo dei Priori witnessed a spectacular event transcending the boundaries of fashion, culture, and art. “One Night for Fashion” unfolded with grandeur, graced by the esteemed patronage of the Viterbo Municipality.

Conceived and orchestrated by the visionaries at Background Model Management and Only Chic Eventi, this extraordinary event, hosted by the charismatic Nicholas Quatti, aimed to spotlight Viterbo as a pivotal hub for all things fashion and artistic beauty. It was more than just a runway show; it was a profound testament to the fusion of fashion and heritage, bringing a wave of tourism to the region.

Various historical fashion houses, esteemed brands, and emerging talents from Italy and worldwide adorned the evening’s runway. Among the luminaries was the renowned Lebanese Maison, Missaki Couture, an international sensation boasting over 100 outlets.

In the magical setting of Viterbo, they unveiled the “Kallistos” Collection, inspired by the beautiful nymph Callisto. Each garment was a masterpiece of couture craftsmanship, bedecked with precious fabrics, crystal garlands, and delicate featherwork, a signature look that defines Missaki Couture.

Egon von Fürstenberg, famous for its rich heritage in haute couture, graced the catwalk with a collection drawn from their historic archives. Each garment, crafted from exquisite fabrics with meticulous cuts and sartorial details, sculpted an image of an elegant, sophisticated, and eminently classy woman, paying homage to timeless luxury. The presence of Vincenzo Merli, a close friend and associate of Egon von Fürstenberg, added a touch of authenticity to the event.

813 Annalisa Giuntini, with its roots in creating exclusive modal, silk, and cashmere scarves, expanded its horizons to encompass a complete range of glamorous and refined accessories and clothing. Each season, their collections come alive with natural dyes, prints inspired by nature and the animal kingdom, and an array of patterns. Their creations, including blankets, ponchos, and full-fledged clothing, encapsulate the essence of Italian style.

Carosi Uomo collection drew inspiration from the time-honoured traditions of tailoring, reimagining classic garments like the tuxedo, smoking jacket, and tailcoat in a modern light. With meticulous attention to detail, impeccable craftsmanship, quality materials, and a commitment to eco-friendly materials, Carosi Uomo elevated classic attire to a new level of sophistication.

Marina Corazziari, a jewellery stylist with an eclectic Mediterranean flair, has driven exclusive events and collaborations with renowned haute couture brands. Her creations have adorned exceptional women, from Claudia Cardinale to Maria Grazia Cucinotta, gracing the most prestigious fashion weeks worldwide. In Bari, she established the first multimedia gallery, “Art D’Or,” celebrating the excellence of Made in Italy.

Roman fashion designer Flaminia Saccucci unveiled her new line of artistic clothing, entirely made in Italy, with an unwavering commitment to quality and tradition. These wearable artworks feature original designs printed on high-quality fabrics and crafted following Italy’s classical clothing tradition. Saccucci’s innovative techniques range from handcrafted painting to digital manipulation and experimental multimedia applications.

Last, two young fashion designers, Aurora Gentili and Kirema Couture by Francesca Penzo, stood as ambassadors for their territory. Aurora Gentili’s debut Capsule Collection, “Deserto by Night,” drew inspiration from a summer night, where shades and shadows intertwine. It encapsulates the joy of dancing and the anticipation of the earth’s awakening under the morning sun, creating shimmering textures that would inspire any woman. Small voluminous pieces took centre stage, serving as metaphors through glossy textures and reflective surfaces. The collection showcased a harmonious blend of black and white, with pastel nuances evoking soft romance.

These fashion creations, emphasizing craftsmanship and handiwork, aspire to promote multiculturalism, international cooperation, and the preservation of the languages and customs of the nations they represent.

In closing, the event would not have been possible without the support and dedication of the Viterbo Municipality, with special gratitude extended to Mayor Chiara Frontini and Cultural Assessor Alfonso Antoniozzi.

The event’s main sponsor, Autocentri Balduina, and technical partners, “Tagli e Dettagli” by Alessia Achilli for Hair Style and Raffaele Squillace International Beauty Designer, along with other generous sponsors, played a vital role in making this night of fashion and art a resounding success.

“One Night for Fashion” was not merely an event but a testament to the marriage of fashion and culture, art and style. It celebrated creativity, innovation, and the timeless allure of Italian craftsmanship. The night exemplified the splendour of fashion and left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who attended a memory of elegance, sophistication, and the enduring spirit of Made in Italy.
