The Confusion Boutique Restaurant has reorganised its spaces in recent weeks to ensure all customers who will be lucky enough to enjoy the cuisine of Chef Italo Bassi a unique and comfortable taste experience. In the same way, the staff, carefully selected as every year, will be equipped with individual protection devices, essential to ensure the safety of the team and customers.

Also, this summer, the ConFusion Restaurant continues to represent the ideal destination for lovers of haute cuisine, fully embracing the philosophy of Eno-Gastro-Edonism. Cuisine, design and elegance remain the main drivers of the lifestyle and catering concept of Chef Italo Bassi and his wife, Tatyana Rozenfeld. At the same time, the Bubble Bar will reopen: just a splendid and amazing terrace below the restaurant, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation with a delicious aperitif right in the heart of the iconic Promenade du Port in Porto Cervo. For the second year in a row, Confusion Restaurant has been awarded the much-coveted Michelin star. “A great reconfirmation. A miracle that repeats itself, bringing a star to the restaurant in Costa Smeralda”. Chef Italo Bassi, with a touch of emotion commented: “Our work has been rewarded because it is not enough to take a star, the difficult thing is to keep it always looking ahead and taking good care of all sectors”.
