An exceptional two days experience unfolded through the impeccable collaboration of three names synonymous with distinction: Centri Porsche Ticino, Bucherer Lugano, and the prestigious Swiss watchmaker H. Moser & Cie.

This experience became a narrative of excellence unfolding gracefully across the Swiss landscape. The journey began in Lugano on a soft afternoon, where the keys to a fleet of Porsche vehicles were handed over. Each Porsche, with its unmistakable silhouette and finely tuned engine, offered more than mere luxury transportation; it promised the purest expression of driving pleasure. As we left the city behind and ventured into the heart of the Swiss countryside, the elegance of the route mirrored the refinement of the experience itself.
The Porsche fleet made its way gracefully towards Schaffhausen. As the sun began to set, the glittering lake welcomed us to our destination, a city rich in history and beauty. Dinner that evening unfolded as a delicate symphony of flavours, dishes conceived with imagination and delivered with poise, each course flowing seamlessly into the next as conversation ebbed and grew around the table. It was a moment to share impressions, unwind, and anticipate the delights awaiting us the following day.
Morning brought with it a silvery light that seemed to make everything appear more meaningful. After a leisurely breakfast, we set off for the beating heart of H. Moser & Cie’s headquarters. One enters this manufacture as a privileged guest, welcomed and enveloped in a world where time is not measured, but rather honoured and sculpted. From the very first moment, it became clear that we were not merely visiting a watch factory but stepping into a realm where generations of mastery dwell within every wall, every tool, and every pair of hands. The Maison stands as one of the oldest and most revered in Swiss watchmaking.
What we witnessed was a ballet of technique and soul: artisans assembling intricate details with near-spiritual focus, polishing bridges until they shimmered with brilliance, and engraving fine details barely perceptible to the naked eye. We watched, captivated, as the iconic Streamliner Tourbillon came to life, a horological masterpiece whose beauty lies equally in its complexity and serene symmetry.
This masterpiece embodies refined minimalism and dynamic strength. Its sculpted cushion case flows seamlessly into an integrated steel bracelet, creating a fluid, ergonomic silhouette. Beneath its fumé dial beats an automatic flying tourbillon, a marvel of precision and grace, harmonising sporty elegance with quintessential haute horlogerie craftsmanship.
Following this immersion into artistry, we gathered for lunch, an occasion that maintained the tone of the morning: thoughtful, tranquil, and touched by beauty. We enjoyed a delicious meal just in front of the magnificent Rhine Falls, admiring the cascading water and breathtaking scenery. The cuisine, paired with local wines, reflected the same precision and care we had witnessed in the watchmakers’ hands. It was, in every sense, a celebration of craft.
As we said our goodbyes and returned to our Porsche vehicles, there was a shared sense among all guests that something remarkable had taken place, something that, though complete in form, would linger far longer in feeling. The return journey to Lugano offered a moment of quiet reflection on the experience we had just lived. Conversations naturally turned to the excellence of the visit and the impressive creations of H. Moser & Cie. The drive itself, in the comfort and precision of our Porsches, was smooth and exhilarating, a fitting close to two days defined by precision, craftsmanship, and impeccable organisation.
