A NEW HORIZON IN LUXURY: ALIA YACHTS’ 45M SAN

Alia Yachts’s launch of the 45-meter superyacht SAN marks a remarkable achievement in bespoke luxury craftsmanship and innovative design. Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with naval architecture by Lateral Naval Architects, conceptualized SAN, a masterpiece that harmonizes elegance, functionality, and a seamless connection to the sea. Its sleek, coupé-inspired silhouette underscores a commitment to aesthetics and engineering excellence.

From the moment you step into SAN’s main deck saloon, the ingenuity of its design becomes apparent. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, framed by minimal mullions, provides uninterrupted panoramic views, ensuring that the sea remains a constant presence. The raised pilothouse configuration optimizes space, balancing sleek exterior lines with a spacious, superyacht ambience on board. Clever adjustments, such as recessed seating areas and optimized ceiling heights, enhance the sense of openness without compromising functionality.

The yacht’s interior exemplifies understated luxury with a harmonious palette of teak, stained oak, eucalyptus, and tan leather. Remarkably, only 15 premium materials have been used throughout, emphasizing minimalism while delivering warmth and sophistication. Intricate details, like butterfly joints in woodwork and saddle-stitched leather, reflect the meticulous craftsmanship of Alia’s Interiors Atelier.

Beyond aesthetics, SAN is a marvel of engineering. Its innovative structure, featuring a main deck encased in glass and without walls, required unparalleled precision and expertise. This ambition extends to the versatile deck spaces, which offer multifunctional furniture that transitions effortlessly between dining, lounging, and sunbathing. The beach club, tender garage, and cleverly integrated foredeck areas demonstrate thoughtful planning, maximizing utility and comfort.

The accommodations are equally impressive, with a master suite that uses the yacht’s bow shape to incorporate curved glass windows and thoughtful storage solutions. Four guest suites on the lower deck are individually personalized and feature luxurious materials such as golden beige Luget limestone, personally selected by the owner. Crew quarters and operational spaces are compact yet highly efficient, ensuring top-tier service without intrusion on guest privacy.

Powered by four Volvo Penta engines, SAN achieves a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots, offering a range of 1,400 nautical miles. This blend of performance, innovation, and style solidifies Alia Yachts’ position as a leader in the custom yacht market.

The launch of SAN celebrates a unique owner’s vision and reinforces Alia’s reputation for delivering groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of yacht design and engineering.
