Born and raised in Loano, Italy, she immediately developed her managerial and entrepreneurial qualities by opening the first clothing boutiques in her home town in 2000. My choices have always been guided by the desire to live, continue working, and not stop and get to know new environments. I constantly challenge myself in everything I do. Monaco Woman was the perfect opportunity to do what would fulfil me fully.

Alessia affirms that to be a professional in one’s field, more is needed to have a high level of competence and excellent managerial skills, but also essential character skills such as empathy and the ability to listen. These are acquired and perfected only with time, passion and dedication.
