Oceanco Esquell, 105 meters

The Oceanco brand has chosen the Dubai International Boat Show 2019 to unveil the Esquel, a 105 meter long, 17.5 meter wide superyacht built in collaboration with Timur Bozca Design, designer Gina Brennan, Lateral Naval Architects and Engineering and Pelorus, a well-known experiential travel company.

Oceanco Esquel top viewEquipped with a displacement hull with a plumb arch, the Oceanco Esquel is designed to extend navigation to remote regions stretching from the North Pole to the South Pole. Halfway between an explorer and a superyacht, it has 230 square meters of garage (able to accommodate various types of objects, including tenders and equipment for diving), as well as a main deck of 200 square meters.

Oceanco Esquel yachtThe stern deck which has a glass superstructure – includes an indoor swimming pool and a wellness area with panoramic views, as well as an area dedicated to hosting cars.

With a flexible layout, the Oceanco Esquel can adapt its cabins in a versatile way to accommodate offices, seminars or research areas, as well as to accommodate guests or, simply, to enjoy life at sea. The boat is driven by a hybrid powertrain that combines diesel and electric, promising up to 7,000 nautical miles of range and a top speed of 16.5 knots.

Oceanco Esquel, front viewA reinforced hull (with Polar classification) encloses a warm and elegant environment. Designed to operate in adverse areas such as Groelandia and Patagonia, the Oceanco Esquel is able to accommodate on board also two submarines and a helicopter, in addition to the already mentioned land vehicles and can be equipped with scientific laboratories and exploration.
