Gualtiero Marchesi’s courses will be on stage at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The Maestro’s most iconic creations will delight guests at Montage resorts in Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach.

Looking forward to reopening its doors for the new season on March 13, 2020, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo signs a prestigious collaboration with the Montage Hotels & Resorts hotel. The group has been founded in 2002 by Alan J. Fuerstman in Orange County, California and now includes eight of the most prestigious resorts in the United States.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo’s Executive Chef Osvaldo Presazzi and his two sous-chefs, Davide Somaschini and Roberto Nese, will be based in the two resorts in Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach, for two weeks, from January 26 to February 9. They will bring to the table the iconic dishes of the Master of Italian cuisine Gualtiero Marchesi. Montage Hotels & Resorts is the ultra-luxury hotel group founded by Alan J. Fuerstman in 2002 in Orange County, California.

The group includes Montage Laguna Beach, Montage Beverly Hills, MontageDeer Valley, MontageKapaluaBay, MontagePalmetto Bluff and Montage Los Cabos, with MontageHealdsburgin opening in 2020 and Montage La Quinta and Montage Big Skynet 2021.

Montage Hotels & Resorts is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. The first week of the event will take place in conjunction with the eagerly awaited dineL.A. review which will involve the major restaurants of the Los Angeles panorama.

The programme includes a gala evening in each of the locations – on February 1st and 5th respectively – with the Marchesi tasting menu starring strictly Italian wines. During the evenings with à la carte menus, some specials from the menu of “La Terrazza Gualtiero Marchesi” will enter the scene.

The Maestro’s heritage, the excellent manage did by “Fondazione Marchesi”, and the extraordinary sensitivity of Osvaldo Presazzi will seduce palates with some of the dishes that has changed the Italian cuisine brought it at the centre of international creativity.

The Rice and Gold, the Raviolo Aperto, the Filetto alla Rossini, as well as the other “artworks” of Marchesi celebrate his timeless cooking lesson and pay homage to his talent by keeping his precious heritage alive.
