Mazzoleni Foundation presents the Andy Warhol Exhibition

Portopiccolo Sistiana, an exclusive and marvelous seaside village a few steps from Trieste (Italy) will host until September 22nd a prestigious exhibition dedicated to Andy Warhol’s pop art genius.

Nearly 60 original artworks on paper, all signed by the American master, exhibited in the Loft Room overlooking the sea.

The event, entitled “Profano come Sacro” was organized by the Mazzoleni Foundation of Bergamo, and edited directly by its president Mario Mazzoleni, who inaugurated this summer exhibition last week.

Mazzoleni FoundationA catalog by Skira was published for the exhibition, with all the artworks presented and the critical texts written by Michela Spagnolello and the art advisor Fabrizio Deotto.

Warhol’s artworks, from his legendary Marilyn to Campbell’s Soup, from Mick Jagger to the original guitar signed by the Beatles, from Flowers to Mao, from the Electric Chair to his self-portraits, are visible every day from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm while in the weekend from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00, till the end of September.
