Despite worries of inflamed economic growth and geopolitical uncertainty, 2020 looks set to be a year of solid expansion for the world’s wealthiest individuals.  That said, like the general population, wealth is distributed unevenly among the wealthy, with exclusivity rising quickly at the VHNW ($5 million – $29 million) threshold and even more sharply among UHNW individuals (+$30 million).

In addition to a global perspective, the 2020 Outlook provides a forecast for the US – the world’s largest wealth market, projecting differing optimistic and pessimistic scenarios for both population and wealth growth among those with a net worth of $5 million or more.
