Excellence calls for excellence. This is why the company from San Cesario Sul Panaro chose Rivolto Airport (home of the 313th Acrobatic Training Group of the Italian Air Force) to unveil – alongside our fantastic F cars recce Tricolori the Pagani Huayra Tricolore, a special edition of the Italian hypercar that pays homage to both the 60th anniversary of the P.A.N. (Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale) and the Zonda Cinque Tricolore presented about 11 years ago in similar circumstances.

REPRINTING THE COLOURS OF THE 339 OF P.A.N. – Featuring a livery that recalls both the already mentioned Zonda Cinque Tricolore and the one used on the Aermacchi MB-339 P.A.N. used by the Frecce Tricolori. Used by the Frecce Tricolori (powered by Rolls-Royce engines), the Pagani Huayra Tricolore (the most powerful road car ever built by the Italian-Argentinean manufacturer) features an exposed blue carbon fibre body with Tricolore details and P.A.N. logo on several elements of the car.

JET AERODYNAMICS – The front bumper has been redesigned (and now features a splitter with a markedly sporty character), and the rear wing is also very prominent (and made from a single block of carbon fibre specifically for this car), while a large air inlet at the top of the open-top allows cooling of the AMG-derived powertrain. The diffuser is also new (designed to maximise the Venturi effect generated by the ground), while an identification number on the sides of the tail wing profile recalls those used on the drifts of the 339 Frecce Tricolori.
