The Lamborghini SC20 is the first open-top one-off designed by the Motorsport department and engineered by the “Centro Stile” according to the wishes of the customer, who has been involved in the project since the first drawings by Lamborghini stylists.

The Lamborghini SC20 is the first open-top one-off designed by the Motorsport department and engineered by the Centro Stile of Sant’Agata Bolognese according to the wishes of the customer, who has been involved in the project since the first drawings by Lamborghini stylists.
Borrows racing experience – The common goal was to create a unique car, extreme in design and performance, capable of combining aerodynamic solutions derived from Lamborghini racing cars with new lines and exclusive details. “Two years after the SC18 Alston, the SC20 was an intriguing new challenge. The main sources of inspiration were the Diablo VT Roadster, the Aventador J, the Veneno Roadster and the Concept S: the result is a sensational combination of creativity and racing attitude,” commented Mitja Borkert, Head of Design at the Centro Stile Lamborghini.
Adjustable wing loading – The carbon-fibre bodywork is hand-smoothed to channel airflow. Two fins frame the pronounced front splitter, and the air intakes on the bonnet are inspired by those on the Huracán GT3 EVO, while the sculpted flanks echo the solutions adopted on the Essenza SCV12. The rear is topped by a large carbon wing that can be adjusted to three positions: Low, Medium and High Load.
Exclusive details – The Lamborghini SC20 is characterised by exclusive details, starting with the bodywork colours based on Bianco Fu, created for the customer, on which the Blu Cepheus livery stands out. This shade is also used in the interior, alternating with Nero Cosmus and Bianco Leda.
The absolute protagonist of the interior is exposed carbon, used for the windshield, flame guard, door panels, central tunnel and steering wheel details, as well as for the monocoque. Also in carbon are the seat shells upholstered in Alcantara and leather, while the door handles are made from billet aluminium. Finally, the air vents were printed using 3D printing technology in the Sant’Agata Bolognese factory.
A 6,498 cc powers 770 bhp V12 heart – The Lamborghini SC20 naturally aspirated V12 producing 770 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 720 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm, which is transmitted to the ground via a seven-speed ISR (Independent Shifting Rod) gearbox by a four-wheel-drive system with an electronic central differential; Pirelli PZero Corsa tyres are mounted on 20-inch aluminium single-die rims at the front and 21 at the rear.
